Confusion in Diplomacy

Treason, espionage, whistle-blowing or personnel sqabbles at the embassy of Liberia in Washington? Homeland Security, diplomatic immunities, embassy access, disclosures to enemies of the state, retaliation and other factors render a confusing picture.
